Was all good til live oak bought them. Didn't pick up my can for 2 weeks once. When they missed another pick up they repeatedly told me they'd get it the next day then the next then finally they'd get that Monday. They missed AGAIN. After 2 more days they finally picked up my can. Canceled as soon as it was emptied.

You would think that most people would have more trash after Christmas Holidays. If you put out more than one can they will not leave it. They do not want to work with customer 90 to 98 percent of the time the can only 3/4 full. But if during the holiday you have more trash you must take it somewhere else.

We set up new services on 31 May. We paid for three months of service in advance. The person we spoke with asked us for turn by turn directions to our new house(apparently they do not use navigation), she also told us our bins would be delivered in 8-10 days and until we receive our bins we could just put bags roadside. I called back yesterday (12 June) because it was past the 8-10 days and we have still not received our bins and the garbage pickup men did not take the bags from the side of the road. First woman I spoke to said she needed to contact dispatch for eta on our bins and she would call me back. By 1630 I had not received a call back; so I called again. The woman I spoke to this time informed me “they have a lot going on and would get our bins to us eventually.” I paid for services I’m not receiving. She also told me to just come pick up the bins myself! Ridiculous service, I pay, they keep my money and provide no service whatsoever!

I called Morgan to come out and do a deep clean on the carpets on my house to get it ready to sell. He was prompt, courteous and price was amazing. Work was top notch and I will be using him again.
